No. Most pieces we sell have been worn gently, and many are close to new. We grade honestly and photograph every flaw — scuffs, corner wear, hardware scratches, interior marks — in the listing gallery, and we describe them in the condition report.

Whatever is included is listed in the "Inclusions" section of the product page. If a dust bag, box, card or receipt is pictured, it is included. If it is not mentioned, assume it is not included.
Orders ship from China. DHL Express is our default shipping carrier. We require 2–3 business days for order preparation and pre-shipment inspection. Shipments to the US and Europe typically take 3–5 business days for delivery. Longer lead times may apply to remote areas.
International shipping is a flat rate of $50 USD per order. Customs duties and documentation required for clearance are generally not included; the buyer is responsible for cooperating with local customs to complete import clearance.
For US customers (excluding US territories), we cover all duties and shipping costs, and no additional buyer assistance is normally required.
For US customers, we cover all import tariffs and shipping fees.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the courier, usually within 24 hours of dispatch. Signature is required on delivery for all orders over $500.
Returns are accepted only for authenticity disputes. Returns for all other reasons will not be approved.
